Sequenced along a robotic timeline, we project the can from a device that is synchronised with two pneumatically-propelled containers filled with ice cubes. As the cubes make impact with the can, the robot is triggered to drop at the speed of gravity, giving the impression that everything is floating in space. We also added some close-up shots with sound design to create an outer space narrative. Filming on our Phantom Flex 4K camera at 1000 frames per second, we capture every single intricate detail as the ice and can rotate. The film has been edited in the studio, but has had no other post-production. It's as it came out of the camera.
