Breathable Bullet Publicis London

The Hidden Poison in Disposable Vapes

This hard-hitting still life and advertising campaign visually exposes the toxic reality of illegal disposable vapes. At its centre is a microscopic bullet, sculpted from exactly 56.8 micrograms of lead — the same amount found in a single illegal vape. The message is clear: with every inhale, users are breathing in poison.

We collaborated with Publicis London to create this hyper-detailed visual using microscope lenses and precision lighting to reveal a lead bullet just 0.3mm tall — nearly invisible to the naked eye, but lethal in its implication. By translating abstract data into a tangible and provocative object, the campaign brings clarity and urgency to a hidden health threat.

This is awareness advertising at its most distilled — using high-concept still life photography to turn data into impact, and provoke conversation around the dangers of disposable vaping products.
