Creative team Amy Cattanach and Charlotte Henry from Ogilvy in Aucklanddecided that it was only somebody on the other side of the World who would be able get the result they wanted for their Deep Spring campaign. The ads show people ‘bobbing’ for apples and blackcurrants all shot from underneath the water. Jonathan’s expertise with liquid, combined with people, created the look that they really wanted.
Most of the models said it was one of the strangest castings they had ever been to. The difference in look between a face shot normally, and one shot from underneath in a tank of water was incredible, let alone being able to keep their eyes open underwater at the same time as being able to bite on fruit!
